An Italian-Inspired California Wedding at The Ranch at Laguna Beach

We were completely honored to be apart of model Bianca Balti and Matthew McRae’s wedding at the terrace of The Ranch at Laguna Beach. Our team brought custom mixes to entertain every special guest - even including some Italian classics!

In fact, the couple wed one year earlier at the Fullerton Courthouse on but wanted to renew their vows in a thoughtful and festive way with friends and family (and we were overjoyed to help make their day a reality). The two hosted their guests at The Ranch’s restaurant on the beach. The design was inspired by Bianca’s home country of Italy with greenery, white wisteria, and lemon trees. It also celebrated Bianca and Matthew’s new home together in Orange County by bringing in a coastal California flair with lemons dripping from the trees above the terrace, and citrus details throughout the menu and tablescape.

The party was a one-of-a-kind celebration that had every guest on the dance floor. “I couldn’t wait to dance!” remembers the bride. “DJ Brian Lee from Elevated Pulse Productions entertained me, the kids, and the Italian guests all night—we are Latinos after all!—in a dance hall, decorated with huge American flags, carpets, and couches.”
