An Elegant Wedding at MIT in historic Boston
Sabrina and David celebrated their November wedding at the modern, sleek Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Samberg Center. In the heart of historic Cambridge, MA, surrounded by cobblestone streets, about 60 friends and family gathered to celebrate the two in style. MIT represented so much of Sabrina and David’s shared history as they were pursuing rigorous careers in engineering and science years beforehand. The simple yet elegant florals and classic tabletop design perfectly suited Sabrina and David’s taste for this intimate celebration.
One of our debut events here in Boston, we couldn’t wait to get this dance party kicked off with ‘Shut up and dance’ as the bridal party entered the reception. Sabrina and David chose one of our favorites for their first dance; an original cut of Ed Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud.” Guests dined over the classic tunes of Jazz icons, from Duke Ellington to David Grisman before turning the party up with the Beatles, Michael Jackson and top 40 hits from the 90’s best.
We love these photos from Elizabeth LaDuca, recognized as Boston's Best Wedding Photographer in 2018. Enjoy!
